Helix Corporate Human Resources has a need for a dynamic and talented Chief Cook located offshore on the Caesar.
The Chief Cook reports to the Catering Manager and will be responsible for planning and co-ordination of daily activities in the galley; ensuring that galley personnel and food preparation meet hygiene requirements. Requirements: You MUST be a US Citizen or a permanent resident of the United States. Food handling and hygiene course; Professional Education as a Cook / Baker. A minimum of 2 years experience as Chief Cook or First Cook working on a ship with a large number of persons on board; and fluent in verbal and written English.
